The slide show offers photos from just one part of our trip. Rick hunted with Lochinvar Safaris just outside Geraldine in New Zealand. He shot two Red Stags and a Tahr. His dad hunted Fallow Buck and Chamois. The first hunting area, Morevale, boasts more than 2,500 acres of beautiful river gorges, rolling hills and river flats, covered with native bush and grasses. Dry Creek is 33,000 acres of beautiful mountain/valley terrain, with Bull Tahr and Chamois in abundance. Dry Creek is known as the best fair chase foot hunting for Bull Tahr in the World.

Great pictures! I ecspecially love the ones where there are NO DEAD ANIMALS:-D I saw rick's huge stack of pictures at the sale over the weekend and......lets just say I really love animals so the killing of them is a little to much for me:-D When I was little my dad took me hunting, and he was all set up to shoot a deer and right when he was ready to Pull the trigger I yell "RUN BAMBI RUN!!!!" The deer rand and I started crying because I saw the look on my dads face and I knew the tears would help me out so I didn't in turn get the gun pulled on me;-D Needless to say that was my FINAL hunting trip:-D It looks beautiful there!! Glad you guys had fun!!
